Manchester Derby

The most Coveted match in the English football is all set to happen with Manchester City hosting Manchester United this Wednesday. The Eastlands manger Roberto Mancini would be in no mood to lose the match after making some big summer transfers and including some world class players in their team. The United boss Sir Alex Ferguson  is facing  some terrible problems with latest Injury boost to the teams and there in form right winger Nani is set to miss the battle with a Ham String Injury. It is all good for City till as per the squad selection but it is sure that United will not let them have a good time.

Manchester City:

Carlos Tevez: The city captain and Ex- United player Carlos Tevez has already scored 7 goals and has made three assists in his 10 appearance for Machester City this season and he has already scored in each of the match he played against Manchester United. He has came back from the injury and s all set to play against his former team. He in his recent interview stated that I would celebrate if I score against United and I have already forgotten Ferguson. This comment has stated his intentions very clear.

David Silva: The newly signed left winger from Spanish side Valencia made a poor start early this season but has caught his form back in recent matches by scoring 1 goal and made three assist in his last four Premier League match.  It would be very difficult for Unted to stop the Left winger as they have got some problems with some specialist Right Back.

Manchester United:

Javier Hernandez: The young Mexican international that arrived to United this season has already impressed by scoring 6 goals in his short appearance of 13 matches till now in his short United Carrier. He often compared to Ole Gunner Solskjaer has the ability to score stoppage time goals and register  a win at dying moments and United has already won 3 matches against Manchester City in the stoppage time in their last four matches.

Park Ji Sung: The Korean midfielder is supposed to be a big match player for United. His recent performance in the league cup against Wolves where he scored a goal secured his place in the starting lineup against Totenham where he displayed a wonderful performance and he continued the same in the Premier league match against Wolves again by scoring 2 crucial goals which led United to victory. His fine display would be a real boost for United in the absence of Nani.

Manchester City:

Mario Balotelli: The newly signed Italian forward who has only made just 3 appearances for the club has scored a Brace in the last match against West Bromwich Albion received a red card and will surely miss the Manchester Derby.

Manchester United:

Nani: The best United Player till now this season is out with a Hamstring Injury and will miss the clash. His absence will be a huge loss of United as they have already got so many injured players in form of Rooney, Giggs and Valencia.

Out of the last 6 meeting after Manchester City being taken over by the Arab owners, Manchester United has won all the five against their rivals. So if we look into to the past matches United has surely got an Upper hand.

Manchester has conceded a total of 13 goals in 11 Premier League matches and has been constantly facing problems of conceding late goals due to some poor defending. The only positive thing to see for United is that they haven’t lost a single match this season.

Manchester City:

Hey have conceded a total of 10 goals and have already defeated the leaders Chelsea at city of Manchester Stadium and holds an Impressive home records by losing only one match against Arsenal at home. They had been a little inconsistent by losing three matches in a row but still they hold a great attacking threat for the opposition.
