It’s Do Or Die For Pune Warriors India

IPL 4

IPL 4

Pune Warriors India will face the resurgent Rajasthan Royals, who surprisingly defeated the Mumbai Indians. On the other hand, Pune Warriors have lost five matches in a row, after winning two opening games.

Presently the situation of Pune Warriors is similar to the Delhi Daredevils, who were lying down in the points table until their win against the Kochi Tuskers Kerala.

Unlike Delhi, Pune Warriors is a team which consist big names in the squad, like Yuvraj Singh, Robin Utthapa, Jessi Ryder and many more.

With the performance of these players, they are able to concede only 4 points. Pune Warriors next match is against the Rajasthan Royals. Thus it will be a difficult game for Pune to win as Rajasthan have better match record at the Swaai Maansingh Stadium.

Like the Delhi captain Virender Sehwag, even Yuvraj Singh is leading from the front, as he is the leading run scorer for Pune in the IPL 4 but he is are not able to taste the victory.

It seems that the Pune Warriors batting and bowling does not have that sort of intensity which a champion team requires. Till now batting first or second, the Pune Warriors have not able to execute their strategies correctly.

Poor shots selection and empty minded bowling have been the main reason for Pune’s debacle.

Yuvraj Singh’s lad have to do the same thing what the Delhi side did against Kochi Tuskers and need to be consistent because it’s a do or die situation for Pune, if they don’t win the upcoming match, they shall not qualify for the semifinals.
