India In World Cup – A Dream?

It must be every Indian football fan’s dream to see India play in the World Cup. India in World Cup – A dream?

True, there are many fans that follow Indian football regularly. But certainly I’ve never seen anyone following the Indian domestic league quite as regularly. But when the national team plays, we sure fill up the Ambedkar Stadium in Delhi to the best that we can.

Our own team would be part of footballing debates, and being discussed on shows like The Monday Night Verdict.

To make things even more interesting, here’s a hypothetical scene from World Cup 2018.

He looks up to find Chhetri in the box and executes a delightful chip towards him. Chhetri climbs above Smalling and…
