There is tremendous amount of craze for IPL. The IPL is, first and foremost, entertainment form of sports in India. The IPL’s mixture of glamour, big money and cricket played at a frenetic pace has no parallel in Indian sport. And both the auction and the cheerleaders are an essential part of this. Indian Premier League season made the debut in 2008. The season commenced on the 18 April 2008 with the final match held on 1 June 2008. The second edition was out of India in South Africa, which brought the interest of audiences all around the world. The competition started with a double round robin group stage, in which each of the 8 teams played a home match and an away match against every other team. Till same format is continued in fifth edition, just change in playoffs format since 2011.

Change is the spice of life, regardless -ve or +ve & as far as IPL is concerned, it changed the way cricket is played, new era of cricket which speaks how to play quick cricket with latest technique. It’s a biggest change the way cricket is played, more refined & advanced. Cricket has changed forever. It has opened new avenues with more and more money coming into the picture. This change did affect the way of films and TV soups.

Most filmmakers have learn to live with the euphoria of IPL. Meanwhile, trade experts feel the IPL may actually work in the favour of smaller budget projects, as not many big banner movies will risk releasing their films. The initial doubts about whether the DLF Indian Premier League tournament would be able to compete with prime time television soaps have been dispelled. The DLF IPL is here to stay. The Target Rating Points (TRP) of IPL is much higher than the daily soaps.

This IPL has given more closely fought games, and most of teams have been in winning habit. The race for IPL 5 playoffs has already got hotter. The teams are ready to lock horns for the ultimate end this season. Hope for grand finish to this season awaits the IPL fans.
