WWE: Is The Undertaker retiring soon?

The entry of Sting in the WWE Survivor Series last month has led to the speculation about the possible return of the Undertaker to the wrestling arena in the near future. There is a buzz within the WWE universe that the legend Undertaker may also make a surprise return to the WWE arena next year just like what the Sting did.

WWE: Is The Undertaker retiring soon?

The former six times WCW champion Sting’s thrilling clash against the Triple H is already in the card anytime next year. The WWE fans also want the Undertaker’s astounding return to WWE in an exciting fight against the likes of Brock Lesnar, Roman Reign or even the Sting for that matter.

Undertaker is out of the wrestling ring for the last eight months. The veteran athlete was last seen in the WWE Wrestlemania 30 when the Monster Brock Lesnar has overpowered him with F5 thrice. Obviously age is not on the side of this super athlete. His slower move inside the ring is not going well with his fans.

Earlier, the 49-year-old veteran wrestler held the world record for the longest WrestleMania streak in the history of WWE. However, it was the Current WWE Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, who conquered the Streak and compelled the Undertaker to think about his future. Lesnar has mercilessly slammed the former champion athlete throughout the match.

The Undertaker has been ruling the hearts of WWE fans for the last thirty years in a consistent basis. However, after the last year’s WrestleMania the WWE superstar’s future seems to be hazy now. The complete surrender of Undertaker in front of Brock Lesnar’s intense finishing moves has raised several eyebrows at that time.

Immediately after the match the WWE universe has expected the legend to appear at the following Monday night Raw and speak something about his future game plan, but it is easier said than done. Undertaker didn’t appear to any of WWE shows nor did he speak anything about his retirement plan to the media as yet.

Undertaker’s long absence is more due to the fact that he sustained some injuries on that day, which doesn’t seem to go away easily. As far as WWE is concerned Undertaker is one of the scariest figures inside the ring. Whenever the dead-man appears in the stage crowd goes frenzy as they know that something unusual is going to happen. The last three decades have seen Undertaker knocked out so many wrestlers, but it might be the right time for the world’s tallest wrestler to contemplate about his retirement plan.

The legendary athlete’s stunned silence in the matter has brewed up further speculation that he might not come back again to fight anymore WWE matches. Although, WWE fans are expecting to witness Undertaker in one more match before hanging his boots, but the senior WWE superstar’s longer delay to appear in the WWE arena is giving more strength to the rumor.
