Chennai, December 22, 2010: TAKE Solutions Ltd. (BSE: 532890), leaders in Life Sciences and Supply Chain Management (SCM) products has announced that TAKE Solutions World Corporate Golf Challenge (TSWCGC) 2010-2011 is set to tee off from December 29, 2010 at the Kodaikanal Golf Club. The 6^th edition of TSWCGC promises to be bigger and grander.

The tournament will be played in a three stage series – Regional rounds, the National Final and the World Final. The first of the regional rounds will start from the Kodaikanal (December 29, 2010); followed by other regional rounds at Aamby Valley Golf Resort, Lonavala (January 8-9, 2011), Eagleton Golf Resort, Bangalore (February 4-5, 2011), Jaypee Greens Golf Resort, Greater Noida (February 18-19, 2011). With the intent to scale the tournament to the next level, for the first time the National Final (April 4-5, 2011) goes beyond India, in Thailand. The grand finale event – World Final will be held at Cape Town, South Africa in the month of May 2011.

The winners of last year’s National Final, Swiss Military Products and Dynamic Lifter Organic represented India at the World Final, Cape Town, South Africa. Team India made a spectacular bid for the title as they competed against 22 countries and emerged as the runners up. Last year, at the TAKE Solutions World Corporate Golf Challenge, over 1000 golfers participated representing companies like DRDO, TCS, Infosys, IBM, Intel, BNP Paribas Bank, DSP Merrill Lynch, Shantanu & Nikhil, Wipro, Hewitt Associates, Prudent Solutions etc.
